10:37 a.m. today: Issues with access to a number of services - UPDATE
We are pleased to announce that the majority of the affected services are now becoming available. Thank you for your continued patience as we continue to investigate the cause.
10:25 a.m. today: Issues with access to a number of services
We have been alerted to access issues to the following services: DARS, ADS, eVision, weblearn, Shibboleth, R12 & HRIS (including recruitment). The cause is being investigated as a matter of urgency.
11:34 a.m. yesterday: HFS scheduled maintenance
First announced: 1:07 p.m. 20 Nov. 2017
There will be an interruption to the desktop backup service and archive service on Tuesday 28th November and to the server (excluding large server and virtual environment) backup service on Thursday 30th November. In both cases interruption will be after 08:00 and service should be resumed by midday at the latest, although it may be sooner. Please check here for updates. The first stages of this work were completed successfully on Tuesday 21st and Thursday 23rd.
